Your business details

The name, address and registration details that identify your restaurant — and that appear on what your customers are handed.

What is here

Business details — the company name, address, contact email and phone, and your GST registration number.

Company logo — what prints at the top of a bill.

General settings — presentation choices, including the colour used across the menu.

Why it matters more than it looks

These details print on bills. A customer's bill is a document with your name, address and GST number on it, so an out-of-date address is not a cosmetic problem — it is on every receipt you hand out.

The GST number is the one to check first. It identifies you to the tax authority on every bill that carries tax. If it is wrong or missing, that is worth resolving before anything else on this screen.

Required fields

Company name and address will not save empty, and the email is checked for a valid format. Those are requirements rather than suggestions because of where the values end up.
